Intense black-purple color. On the nose, its aromas of plum, spices, and red pepper stand out, while delicate notes of mint can also be perceived. In the mouth, it is a very harmonious and balanced wine with round tannins and a long finish.
Westland uses a 5-malt recipe to bring depth and flavor inspiration from the brewing industry. This whiskey then ages for a minimum of 40 months in new oak casks, adding familiar American whiskey flavor tones and perfectly balancing the flavor of oak and roasted malts.
